At Dawsons Designer Wear & Accessories, we only supply top quality designer fashion. All our stock is 100% genuine. All prices are shown in £ sterling and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. All orders will be confirmed within 7 working days by email.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment by our secure online paypal shopping cart. Paying by Paypal your account must be covered by their sellers protection programme. No goods will be sent to a different address to the one on paypal. See below for additional information.
DELIVERY:
Most UK orders should be received within 3 working days.
Signature on Receipt
All goods will be sent via Royal Mail Recoreded or Special (depending on value of item/s) Delivery, this will require a signature on receipt as proof of delivery. Please contact us by email or telephone if your goods are not received within 5 working days.
Delivery to Cardholders Address Only
Your order can only be delivered to the address to which the credit/debit card you are using to pay for the goods is registered to (that is the address shown on the credit/debit card statement). We cannot deliver to other addresses.
Worldwide Delivery - FREE
For all Orders authorised before 1pm (Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays) we will despatch your order the same day, for next day am delivery. We use Royal Mail to send the goods by their Recorded/Special Delivery service
International
This is sent using royal mail international signed for you should receive your item in 3–5 working days.
Any Duties Payable
No duty applies to goods shipped within the European Union. Outside the EU, any duty and customs costs appropriate to your country are your responsibility. This forms part of the delivery details above which upon placing and receiving your order forms part of our Terms & Conditions for using this website.
REFUND AND RETURNS
Any item(s) can be returned for a refund, if it qualifies under the following terms:
You must return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the invoice. We also need you to email us at returns@ddwa.co.uk , to let us know when the goods where posted and the tracking number of the goods. Please also note that for Hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange underwear and hosiery or any goods that may have been damaged, while being worn or washed.
Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery, as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage incurred when ordering or returning goods are not refundable.
Please do not return any goods unless you qualify under all the refund terms, as we will be unable to process the refund Please note when you place an order you are accepting the above refund policy.
This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please include the original invoice together with any returned goods, Please write on the invoice your reason for return.
Please ensure that you wrap the package securely. For your own protection, we recommend that you send your package by a recorded delivery service and satisfy yourself as to the insurance arrangement as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
IMPORTANT – If you return an item without our permission after the 7 days you may be liable to pay the delivery costs (what it costs us to send the item out). By buying an item you agree to this.
EXCHANGES
All of the same return procedures apply (the same as above) however you have 14 working days if you would like an exchange and not a refund.
